Job Description

Rienzi is an Italian food manufacturer and Importer. The Office Clerk/ Customer Service position at Rienzi & Sons Inc. will be responsible for multiple duties including scheduling WAREHOUSE TRUCKING deliveries, inventory data entry & adjustments, answering incoming calls and in turn transferring to the correct departments. A clear understanding of the Rienzi product portfolio in order to assist in any customer service calls. Rienzi utilizes Microsoft Office Apps (Excel, Teams, and Word). Microsoft Navision (an Accounting , Inventory and Sales software program) is used. Training for use of the Navision application will be provided. Rienzi is an Italian food company dealing with overseas suppliers. Italian speaking preferred but not required. The position also will encompass monitoring emails for the president of the company.
