    Job Description

     

    Receive inbound calls and makes outbound calls to Customers, responding to customer issues under general direction of the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for supporting total quality methods, processes and procedures for the Call Center division. This position will help preserve service excellence through: monitoring, reporting, and assessing customer interactions.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    ·        Responsible for resolution of all customer complaints and issues with appropriate team member.

    ·        Accesses customer database for customer information in preparation to make calls to customers inquiring about service complaints or issues

    ·        Ensures that the customer is educated on company processes to resolve any problems that come up.

    ·        Thoroughly explains Company's’ processes to customer to solve complaints

    ·        Responsible for resolution of all customer complaints and issues

    ·        Maintains overall objectivity in supporting consistent and deliver superior customer service.

    ·        Facilitates in a timely response, execution, and completion of all customer issues.

    ·        Follows through on all customer issues.

    ·        Monitors and intercedes on progress and completion of all customer issues assigned to you.

    ·        Respond to all Social Media Review sites on many different platforms.

    ·        Maintain Branches Social Media presence.

    ·        Keep History and repot on all services issues

    MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    • 1-3 years of progressive work experience in Customer Relations/Auditing, Call Center, Outstanding Customer Service, and Conflict Resolution Skills.
    • Must be an excellent communicator with a professional, friendly demeanor: Able to stay calm under stressful circumstances.
    • Experience in Construction or Homebuilding industry strongly preferred.
    • Experience working with Yelp, Google Review, Angies list and other social media review sites.
    • Experience working with Social Media sites
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).strong Service.
    • HS diploma, or GED equivalent, is required. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Previous experience in customer service is desired.
    • Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
