The SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE role is one of the most valuable marketing positions ARS has invested in, as well as a critical component within our call center and sales team to drive new business. This role requires you to market our services face-to-face to customers with Heating & Cooling needs while working inside of a trusted Retail Home Improvement store. This roll will require you to be disciplined about your time, engaging with customers, handling new leads and information requests from prospects, and identifying your best opportunities to drive the business throughout the day.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Experience in sales and customer service with professional in person etiquette.

Able to maintain and control a conversation with customers.

Being able to work in a fast-paced environment; Driven, highly efficient and responsible.

Work hours: Include varying shifts: Mornings, afternoons, early evenings and weekends; flexible scheduling

Bilingual is a plus.

WE'RE OFFERING A HOURLY BASE PAY, PLUS COMMISSION

Compensation based on experience, wage with aggressive commission / bonus structure.

Job Type: Part-time Seasonal (Part-time/Full-Time permanent positions available based on 30-60 day performance)

Pay: $21,100 - $25,636 on base pay per year
