Job Description

ARS-RighTime Home Services, a national leader in residential HVAC and plumbing services, is seeking Customer Service Representatives for part-time, WORKING SWING SHIFT AND WEEKENDS HOURS. The qualified candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being self- motivated to provide exceptional customer service. Must have effective listening and verbal communication skills, proven ability to meet/exceed set goals, and receptive to constant coaching and feedback. Candidates must be computer savvy and quick to adapt to new processes and programs.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

Requirements:

• Answer calls and schedule appointments for customers requesting service

• Call marketed leads and maintenance agreement members to schedule appointments

• Enter customer data into multiple systems accurately

• Handle all customer interactions in a professional manner

• Provide timely response and feedback to customers

• Forward calls, as appropriate, to other members of staff in other departments

• Assist in miscellaneous tasks related to the position

This position requires evening and weekend availability. Service industry experience highly preferred!
