    We are looking for an Experienced Attorney for the position of Senior Criminal Defense Associate in Fairfax, Virginia Do you want to defend the rights of people charged with a crime? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and help clients navigate the hurdles of criminal law to earn and keep their freedom. If you want to be known for helping clients, working hard to present their case in the best possible way, leaving them in a better position, and making them feel they had a team behind them that really cared and fought for them then apply today! COMPENSATION WILL DEPEND ON EXPERIENCE AND WE ALSO OFFER PERFORMANCE-BASED BONUSES, SO YOU MAY BE ABLE TO MAKE MORE MONEY THAN THE LISTED SALARY. Responsibilities: • Meeting with potential and existing clients to determine the best options in their pending criminal cases • Preparing and filing motions, briefs, and memoranda in all local state courts • Representing clients in hearings and trials before state judges and juries in the Northern Virginia area Qualifications: • Licensed to practice law in Virginia • Must have at least 5 years of criminal law experience Compensation: $100,000+ annually
