Right Path Law is an established criminal and injury law firm in Fairfax, Virginia that has been providing top-class legal assistance to clients residing in Virginia for over 15 years. Our law practice provides legal representation to customers with varied needs, such as reckless driving, assault, fraud, theft, drunk driving, sex offenses, gun offenses, burglary, domestic violence, drug charges, and personal injury. As a Bilingual Sales Executive, you will be expected to serve clients in an outstanding fashion and convert new leads from our promotional campaigns. By joining us, you will be responsible for sourcing out new customers and applying sales techniques to ensure they are satisfied from start to finish. Prior sales experience is a must, with a record of success in developing and preserving customer relationships over the long term. Responsibilities: • Process incoming sales inquiries, leads, and orders in a timely and accurate manner • Develop and execute sales strategies for potential clients (all warm leads) • Build relationships with potential clients by understanding their legal needs and presenting appropriate solutions • Manage follow-up process with CRM and calls to all potential clients • Responsible for knowing all practice areas, information relevant to clients' needs, and services the law firm provides • Prepare retainer agreements • Meet performance metrics to convert potential clients into new clients • Collaborate with attorneys to provide excellent service to clients • Maintain accurate data using CRM software • Provide regular reports on sales activity and pipeline • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and sales processes. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport with potential clients quickly • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Compensation: $50,000 base pay + performance bonuses
