We provide a full suite of both non-medical and medical care, products and services to older adults and disabled adults who want to continue to live independently, wherever home is for them.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated part time/casual LPNs to join our team servicing Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Mission, and Langley.

The Role:

· The LPN works in developing and maintaining optimized care plans for our clients

· Assist clients with activities of daily living such as feeding, lifts and transfers, bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, and toileting.

· Demonstrates methods and provides basic information to clients in relation to activities of daily living, housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, in accordance with pre-established care plans

· Establish and maintain proper documentation to ensure comprehensive, safe and appropriate care is being provided

· Should be able to utilize their training and education to monitor patient conditions and chart/report on patient progress accordingly.

Requirements:

Current LPN certificate

Short notice availability is an asset

Comfortable administering injections

Valid Class 5 driver's license

Must have your own vehicle

Up to date First Aid, CPR, WHIMS and Immunizations (TB)
