Health Care Aide positions available for those interested in working in out break facilities. These would be full time positions, working 5 days on and 2 days off.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs personal care and patient-specific activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, including but not limited to:

Help patients with personal hygiene care: bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, and toileting

Assist with dressing

Assist with feeding

Performs light housekeeping activities

Provide medication reminders accordance with established policy

Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

QUALIFICATIONS

Health Care Aide certified and previous experience a must

Reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and make decisions with the support of your team

A friendly personality

Patience and compassion

Excellent communication and listening skills

Updated immunizations

Valid CPR & First Aid an asset

Personal Vehicle an asset
