Right at Home is seeking dependable, compassionate Hospital Based Caregivers to provide companion and 1:1 care to patients in Mercy Hospital. Right at Home has a partnership with Mercy to assist them in caring for their patients while they are hospitalized.

Compensation and Benefits of a Hospital-Based Caregiver:

Competitive Pay- $18.00 per hour

Requirements of a Hospital Based Caregiver:

Covid and Flu Vaccines (or sign waiver and wear extra PPE)

Valid Driver’s License

Proof of Car Insurance

Pass Background Check

Ability to be reliable and dependable

Desire to care for older adults, keeping them safe and independent in the hospital setting

Drug screen

Responsibilities of a Hospital-Based Caregiver:

· Take direction from Nurse manager

· Provide supervision to patient assignment

· Give shift overview to next caregiver/Nurse

· Provided 1:1 care
