Our caregivers/in-home companions aide in providing various personal care related paraprofessional services in accordance with an established and personalized plan of care that is detailed for each client. Responsibilities of the In-Home Caregiver/ Companion:

Assists patients with ADL's.

Aide with transferring patients and assist with ambulation.

Assist patients with bathing, personal hygiene and grooming.

Provide medication reminders.

Prepares meals and preps ingredients needed for client nourishment.

Monitor vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure.

Perform light housekeeping duties and assists with laundry.

Provides transportation to clients whom need assistance traveling to doctors appointments or running errands.

Provides patient and their families with peace of mind! We want our patients and their families to know we are here for them are there for them every step of way and they need not worry while in our care!

Position Requirements and Preferences:

CPR/ First Aide preferred but not required.

High School or GED required.

Active driver's license and current auto-insurance required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Hoyer lift and gait belt experience a plus but not required.

Current CNA/HHA license a plus but not required.

Must be able to pass a national criminal background check and drug screen.
