Responsibilities:
· Enable clients to stay in their home by monitoring and recording their condition
· Assist with daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, grooming
· Light housekeeping
· Medication reminders
· Prepare a meal
· Provide transportation to appointments, grocery stores, shopping etc.
· Maintain a safe and secure environment for the client
