Essential Functions:

Will perform personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These include (but are not limited to):

Personal Hygiene and Bathing

Ambulation/Transfers

Grooming/ Dressing

Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions

Accompany or drive client to errands or medical appointments

Light housekeeping

Desired Experience (but not required) in:

Hoyer lift and Transfers

Range of Motion Exercise
