As a Loader/Unloader, you are at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facilities. You will handle materials with care, work collaboratively with your team, and uphold our high standards of safety and efficiency. Responsibilities: Efficient Handling: Load and unload goods from trucks, trailers, and storage areas with precision and speed, utilizing manual techniques and equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks. Neatly stack and organize products to maximize space and accessibility. Adhere strictly to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Wear appropriate PPE and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment. Quality Assurance: Inspect items for any damage or defects. Report issues promptly to maintain our quality standards. Keep meticulous records of inventory movements. Assist in inventory counts and ensure shipping and receiving documents are accurate. Conduct routine maintenance checks on loading equipment. Report any malfunctions to ensure everything is in top working order. Work seamlessly with your colleagues and supervisors. Communicate clearly to ensure operations run smoothly. Identify ways to enhance efficiency. Suggest and implement improvements to loading/unloading procedures. Precision in handling goods and maintaining records. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial but not required. Working Conditions: Work in a comfortable environment with climate-controlled conditions. Our warehouse is equipped with advanced air conditioning systems to ensure a pleasant work atmosphere throughout the year.
