Key Responsibilities: Efficiently load and unload goods from delivery trucks, trailers, and containers. Secure and balance goods to prevent damage during transit. Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move goods safely. Sort, arrange, and place goods in designated areas. Handle materials with care to prevent damage or loss. Maintain an organized and obstacle-free workspace. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition. Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly. Complete paperwork and electronic documentation for inventory and shipping records. Maintain accurate records of materials handled. Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in safety training sessions. Work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and other team members. Communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities. Good communication and teamwork skills.
