Right at Home is an in home care and assistance agency that sends personal care assistants and certified nursing assistants into the homes of the elderly and disabled to provide assistance.

The HR Coordinator actively sources talent into the organization, and creates extraordinary experiences to onboard, train and retain that talent. . • Identifies and tests creative and diverse care staff sourcing strategies. • Pre-plans weekly recruiting and onboarding activities. • Communicates information on sourcing strategy to team. • Carefully pre-screens potential candidates. • Conducts care staff interviews. • Demonstrates consistent logic, rationality and objectivity in hiring decisions. • Embraces the core values and culture in the hiring and employment processes. • Anticipates consequences of hiring decisions. • Maintains all recruiting activity. • Communicates effectively with team and keeps candidates informed. • Excites applicants to progress through the interview and hiring process. • Facilitates completion of all new hire onboarding paperwork and documentation collection. • Preps orientation in accordance with established policies and procedures. • Conducts engaging new care staff hiring and orientation processes. • Ensures all new caregiver files are complete and always audit-ready. • Tracks training requirements and accomplishments for each employee. • Establishes an annual schedule for performance evaluations. • Prepares and delivers annual performance evaluation. • Promotes Right at Home’s reputation as the “Employer of Choice.” • Offers just-in-time feedback to care staff. • Frequently communicates with new and existing care staff to ensure retention. • Establishes and maintains an ongoing relationship with our invaluable care staff. • Presents ideas and data, which outline new sourcing opportunities and retention potential. • Is energized by developing and meeting annual recruiting and retention goals. • Builds and maintains trusting relationships with all stakeholders. • Exhibits friendliness, sense of humor, genuineness, anda caring nature. • Participates in educational opportunities in HR and home care.
