Are you a recent retiree or an empty nester? Are you looking to continue to make a difference in the lives of others? We are looking for a Compassionate, Empathetic, and Caring individual for an 89 year old female client who needs companionship and occasional assistance. The client's daughter is returning to work and wants her Mom to continue to get out to her social activities, shopping and remain engage in life. The perfect candidate is someone who enjoys good conversation, is helpful, creative and likes SCRABBLE. In addition to companionship, other duties may include transportation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders and supervision during dressing and bathing. Hours are part-time, Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays from 10am to 2pm with some flexibility.

Caregiver Essential Job Functions:

Provide Non-medical In-home care which includes:

Light housekeeping

Fall prevention/Supervision

Meal preparation

Errands

Provide Companion Care (Reading, Shopping, Hobbies, Conversation)

Additional Caregiver Requirements:

Valid Driver License

Excellent Communication Skills

Registered/Owned Vehicle
