Essential Functions:

Companionship and Transportation.

• Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.

• Provide support and motivation to perform daily tasks.

• Provide mobility assistance: wheelchair.

• Monitoring and reporting changes in health and needs.

• Ensure clients rights adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• HCA # (obtained via registration with the State of California).

• Background clearance.

• Reliable transportation.

• Current TB Test.

• CPR, First Aid & CEU certification – Preferred but not required.

• A professional and friendly attitude dedicated to improve the quality of life to those we serve.

• A willingness to work flexible hours, which may include weekends, night shifts and holidays.
