Perform various activities to provide the best care for our clients and their needs.

Basic day-to-day activities could include:

v Personal Care Assistance: bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.

v Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.

v Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.

v Ensuring the clients home is organized according to their needs and safety measures.

v Provide support and motivation to perform daily tasks.

v Provide mobility assistance: bed, chair, or a wheelchair.

v Monitoring and reporting changes in health and needs.

v Ensure clients rights adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.

Qualifications and Skills:

v High school diploma or equivalent.

v HCA # (obtained via registration with the State of California).

v Background clearance.

v Reliable transportation.

v Current TB Test.v CPR, First Aid & CEU certification – Preferred but not required.

v A professional and friendly attitude dedicated to improve the quality of life to those we serve.

v A willingness to work flexible hours, which may include weekends, night shifts and holidays.
