By joining the “A” team, you will have the unique opportunity to improve the quality of the lives we serve and by working with individuals that truly need our help. Our individuals have a wide range of needs like but not limited to:

· Personal Hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using a bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, shaving, skin, and hair) · Medication Reminders · Taking the individual to experience a new avenue of independence · Errand Running, Appointment scheduling · Assist in cooking and preparing meals · Assist with light homemaking task

The good news is that your training is based on things you do for yourself, so you already have a head start. Any additional training will be individual specific and you will receive many resources to help learn about different things within the Right at Home training. Here at Right at Home we take pride in our staff’s unique skill sets, we have staff from 18 years old to 82 years old.
