CURRENT HCA LICENSE IS A MUSTEnglish and Tagalog required as minimum language proficiencies. Extra considerations for Spanish.You will be disqualified if you do not have a current HCA registration and valid recent negative TB Test and Background check

Requirements include:

California Registered Home Care Aide (CA HCA) with Certifications or Record of TrainingLVN/CNA Preferred3-5 Years of experience as a registered HCA caregiver with Hoyer Lift Experience

Two professional references in healthcare or caregiving

Current TB Test, Background check and Fingerprinting required

Reliable transportation with proof of automobile insurance

Extra consideration with direct care in:

Dementia and Alzheimer’s care

Parkinson’s care

Surgery Recovery

Hospice and Palliative Care

Caregivers with their own transportation

We provide in-person interviews.

Proper attire for work is required. No casual clothing will be considered, including footwear and excessive body art. We are currently hiring for working with elderly clients only.
