What YOU would do: As a Per Diem Registered Nurse, you would be responsible for assessing our clients' needs to ensure their quality of life is being maintained in the comfort of their home. Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to;

Perform assessments and evaluations, case monitoring visits, home health aid supervisions

Skilled Nursing visits and or hourly shifts for medication administration, wound care, colostomy care, feeding tubes, ventilator care, and other nursing duties

Flexible hours

Case to case mileage paid

Availability of teaching CHHHA In-services, Hospice and Dementia training, CHHHA licensing class.

Positions available for PRN Visits and or ongoing shift work.

Requirements:

Must be a Registered Nurse in New Jersey

2 years nursing experience preferred

Homecare experience preferred

CAHC Accreditation or other accreditation experience a plus.

BSN a plus but not mandatory

Possess Personal Liability Insurance

1 Step PPD or a QuantiFERON. If either are positive, a chest X-Ray is required
