The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the client and caregiver relationship and ultimately helps provide a “best in-home care” experience for clients and employees.

Job Description

Plays an integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match. Ensures that all referrals are received in an accurate, detailed manner and are properly handled.

Performs various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients

Monitoring of telephony system and may perform other office coordination duties

Maintains a positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high-functioning office environment.

Responds in a timely manner to any messages left

Converts client inquiry to appointment for Care Manager

The desired candidate will possess the following:

High school graduate or equivalent

1-3 Years in Health Care Experience

Strong verbal communication skills required

Proficiency with computers required

Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen and DMV Report. A valid driver license with proof of current auto insurance is required in addition to a clean driving record.
