    The Lead Care Trainer is responsible for mentoring and aiding in the training of the care team, creating extraordinary care team, client and family experiences.

    Assists in the development of the client care plan, creating extraordinary client experiences and communicating with clients, families, care team and referral sources.

    Plays an integral role in interfacing with clients and families to ensure safe, appropriate and meaningful care is being provided.

    Serves as a mentor to caregivers to ensure extraordinary care is delivered to the clients.

    Maintains a calm, positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment.

    The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in the home care industry, senior living communities or other medical setting where they managed or mentored care staff directly.

    The desired candidate will possess the following:

    High school graduate or equivalent

    +8 years of experience as a CNA/HHA or other certifications in providing care to others such as an LVN/LPN or retired NURSE.

    Computer literate in Microsoft Office

    Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.

    Be available as required for on-call duty during and outside of normal office hours.

    Have a valid driver’s license and use of insured automobile.

    Previous experience in a Hospital, Hospice, Homecare, Nursing Home or Assisted Living facility

    Previous Supervisory or Training Experience
