    The Scheduler is responsible for ensuring all client care shifts are filled. Communicate with the caregivers directly to ensure they understand all open shift opportunities and help ensure we are placing the best, most qualified caregiver depending on the clients needs.

    Full scheduling responsibility for a fast pace growing office.

    Plays an integral role in the hiring process; screening new applicants and helping to verify the caregiver skill sets.

    Serves as a mentor to caregivers to ensure extraordinary care is delivered to the clients.

    Maintains a calm, positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment.

    The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in the home care industry, senior living communities or other medical setting where they managed or mentored care staff directly.

    The desired candidate will possess the following:

    High school graduate or equivalent

    +5 years of experience as a CNA/HHA/previous caregiving experience.

    Computer literate in Microsoft Office

    Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.

    Be available as required for on-call duty during and outside of normal office hours due to last minute call outs.

    Have reliable transportation.

    Previous experience in a Homecare, Hospital, Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living facility a must
