If so, Right at Home has the opportunity for you!We are a locally owned home care business that has an exceptional culture, and we are looking for great talent who can work in a fast paced environment; who has exceptional skills in communication, organization and making decisions; and who is a people persons!We offer competitive salary with quarterly bonus potential, paid training and ongoing development, paid leave and growth potential.The Home Care Lead is responsible for mentoring and aiding in the training of the care team, aide in creating our extraordinary care team, and exceptional client and family experiences.Assists in the development of the client care plan, creating extraordinary client experiences and communicating with clients, families, care team and referral sources.Supports scheduling the support staff Plays an integral role in interfacing with clients and families to ensure safe, appropriate and meaningful care is being provided.Serves as a mentor and trainer to caregivers to ensure extraordinary care is delivered to the clients.Maintains a calm, positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment.The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in the home care industry, senior living communities or other medical setting where they mentored care staff directly. The desired candidate will possess the following:High school graduate or equivalent +5 years of experience as a CNA/HHA or other certifications in providing care to others such as a retired LVN/LPN or RN.Computer literate in Microsoft OfficeAble to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.Be available as required for on-call duty during and outside of normal office hours.Have reliable transportation Previous experience in a Homecare, Hospice, Nursing Home, skilled nursing facility or Assisted Living facility Previous Supervisory or Training Experience
