We are looking for great talent who can work in a small team environment and who have exceptional skills in candidate sourcing, community recruitment, conducting orientations, and assisting with training and employee retention.     The Recruiting and Retention Coordinator actively sources talent into the organization, then creates extraordinary experiences to onboard, train and retain that talent.

    The Recruiting and Retention Coordinator plays the integral role in helping Right at Home improve the lives of as many people as possible in our community. is responsible for Recruiting, hiring, and evaluates field staff employed by the company. Teams with Scheduling Coordinators to assist in high quality Caregiving hires and matching client and caregiver needs.

    · Increases caregiver hires, develops a candidate recruitment pipeline, and differentiates Right at Home in the San Jose Home Care market.

    · Makes outbound sourcing calls to recruit talent and works to source candidates in a variety of web-based talent portals.

    · Facilitates the hiring process for candidates in the talent pipeline and collaborates with the Scheduling Coordinators to match and retain care staff.

    · Makes outbound recruiting calls/communications to effectively source, screen, and attract new caregiver talent into the organization.

    · Maintains compliance with labor practices, applicable laws and regulations and responds to reports or complaints from regulatory agencies, client or client family/representatives.

    · Makes outbound recruiting calls/communications to effectively source, screen, and attract new caregiver talent into the organization.

    · Answers inquiries regarding our employment opportunity to set up interviews

    · Interviews and screens, all applicants for field positions.

    · Maintains documentation of associate work records in software system and ensures complete personnel and state registration records for all caregiver associates.

    · Adheres to the policies and procedures of the company

    · Be available for on call duty outside of normal office hours

    · Organizes, schedules, and leads recruiting events in the community

    · The ideal candidate has a prior experience recruiting or working in the Home Care or healthcare industries.The desired candidate will possess the following:

    · Excellent interpersonal communication skills oral and written

    · Ability to motivate talent and bring onboard qualified personnel.

    · High School Diploma or equivalent with two years of business experience

    · Basic office and computer skills and organizational abilities (Microsoft Office)

    Ability to learn proprietary industry software.
