Responsibilities and Duties:

Performs personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):

Personal hygiene and medication reminders

Dressing and shaving

Prepare meal/snacks according to instructions

Accompany client on errands, medical appointments, recreation and social outings

Assist in ambulation/transfers and standby assistance

Perform light housekeeping activities

Qualifications and Skills:

High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.

At least 6 months as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide preferred (in homes or facilities).

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.

Possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile
