    We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all tasks associated with HR, including recruiting, on-boarding, file management, and enforcing policies/procedures. Right at Home is looking for a detail-oriented and team-driven individual who is passionate about helping others and capable of working in a fast pace environment.

    Responsibilities

    Follow the prescribed recruitment, hiring, orientation, and ongoing management of employees, in accordance with company standards.

    designing and developing new recruitment strategies and methods to grow caregiving team

    Meet the individual and company-wide goals with regard to care team recruiting, quality and performance

    Maintain accurate personnel records in accordance with company state and federal guidelines in both company system and personnel files.

    Thorough knowledge of HIPAA enforcement, guidelines and compliance.

    Answer all employee related questions.

    Communicate effectively and persuasively with applicants, caregivers, office staff and clients.

    Make follow-up contact via phone calls, letters and emails to potential and current care team members and to potential and current clients as needed. Maintain accurate and up to date information in company system in real time.

    Responsible for recruiting; i.e. tracking incoming calls, number of applicants, and new hires.

    Responsible for new hire paperwork and maintaining caregiver paperwork.

    Enforce policies and procedures i.e. re-education, write-ups, and working with management team in deciding employment status of caregivers

    Responsible for checking associate work references and verifying previous employment.

    Acts as a back-up for the scheduling coordinator as necessary.

    Participates in on-call rotation schedule for after-hours calls.

    Looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, team driven, level-headed, and able to work in a fast pace environment.

    Strong communication skills.

    High school diploma or GED.

    Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.

    Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile.
