We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in helping clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Duties:

• Provide direct support and personal care to clients, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Assist with meal preparation

• Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients

• Engage in activities with clients, such as reading, playing games, or accompanying them on outings

• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality

• Respect and uphold resident rights and dignity at all times

• Offer support and comfort to individuals receiving hospice care

Experience:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required

• Familiarity with patient care techniques and practices is a plus

• Knowledge of childcare principles and practices is beneficial

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

• Compassionate and empathetic nature

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Patience and understanding when working with individuals with special needs or medical conditions

Requirements:

-Background checks performed on all candidates we offer jobs to.

-Valid PA drivers license

-insurance on vehicle you drive

-TB test within the past year. (Can re-test if outside a year)

-Serving heart and a good attitude!

This is a paid position that offers competitive compensation based on experience. We also provide ongoing training opportunities for professional development.
