JOB SUMMARYReporting to the Managing Director of Care, the Manager of Recruiting & Care will be responsible for recruiting and the daily oversight of in-home caregiving staff. Additionally, this role includes an “on-call” role to assure continuity of hourly services to clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION• Responsible for driving all recruiting functions, including job postings, community outreach and partnering with influential organizations necessary to source new staff.

• Manages all screening, interviewing, and on-boarding processes.

• Provides oversight and support to the caregiving staff.

• Completes caregiver reviews, provides coaching, and drives the development of caregiver engagement.

• Serves in an on-call role during scheduled on-call times and maintains a written log regarding inquiries, staffing issues and other communications.

• Provides input and support to other functions, such as sales and marketing, operations, and payer sourcing administration, and provides input during business meetings.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

· Assist in other general clerical duties.

· Fill in as in-office coordinator in emergency situations.

EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY

· Experience with staffing preferred.

· Experience in the home care, or healthcare field a plus.

· Strong interpersonal and human relations experience.

· High School graduate or equivalent.

· Basic computer skills and organizational abilities.

· Knowledge of common medical terminology.

· Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.

· Must be available for work outside of normal office hours.

Compensation
