Job Duties:

Schedule appropriate Care Team members to clients

Maintain & monitor client and Care Team schedules

Supervise, evaluate and discipline Care Team members

Motivate and coach Care Team members

Communicate with clients to evaluate and adjust services

Perform Care Team duties on shift as needed

Perform on call duties

Assist other office personnel

The Ideal Candidate Will Meet Each Of The Following Criteria:

Excellent memory & ability to multitask

2 years of staffing experience, with client focused staffing a plus

Strong knowledge of & ability to use computers, especially Adobe & Microsoft Office products

Solid typing skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Supervisory experience

Flexibility with work hours

Proficiency with solving puzzles and strategic games

Geographical knowledge of St. Charles, Lincoln, Warren & North St. Louis counties

Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

Knowledge of common medical terms

Strong & distinct attention to detail

Exceptional organizational skills

Sincere desire to help others
