Essential Functions:

Certified Nursing Assistants CNAs and Home Health Aides HHAs provide personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):

Personal Hygiene

Toileting Assistance

Ambulation/Transfers

Dressing/Shaving

Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions

Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments

Performs light housekeeping activities

Medication Reminders

Certified Nursing Assistants CNAs and Home Health Aides HHAs also perform light housekeeping and provide transportation for our clients to the doctor's office or on errands
