Essential Functions:

Performs activities that assist the client with instrumental activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions

Accompanies/drives client on errands or medical appointments

Performs light housekeeping activities

Performs client-specific activities that are requested. These could include (but are not limited to):

Medication reminders

Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises

Assisting with blood glucose monitoring
