Right at Home West Los Angeles is located on 14th St in Santa Monica, but we have clients up and down the west side.

We are looking for Caregivers who:

Love working with the elderly and know how important it is to show up to work on time and never miss a shift

Are committed and are great team players, knowing if they miss a shift or are late it affects more than the client, but the other caregiving team and the office staff

Are good with personal care including helping to prepare meals, tidy the home, assist with laundry, bathe and rotate them (if necessary), ensure their safety and are willing to build rapport with them

Will treat our clients like a treasured grandparent or parent and be kind, respectful, and gentle with them

Are great communicators who reply to calls, voicemails, texts or emails quickly and don't ghost us

Want flexible hours and are open to taking various shifts with different clients

Has their Home Care Aide (HCA) license, recent TB test, and CPR certification
