Our outstanding group of Personal Care Assistants/Caregivers are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities in the West Los Angeles area.

As a caregiver with Right at Home, you will provide essential assistance and support that allows our clients to age in place and maintain their independence with dignity.

Summary of Job Duties:

Help clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

Take clients to appointments and engage in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being

Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management, as directed by healthcare professionals.

Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering clients' dietary restrictions and preferences.

Perform light housekeeping tasks, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.

Basic Requirements

Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or similar role is preferred.

Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to help others.

Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with clients and their families.

Reliable, responsible, and punctual.

Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Have a registered Home Care Aide (HCA) license

Recent TB test (negative)

CPR Certification

Valid driver's license and own insured automobile to drive clients on appointments preferred
