Right at Home, a licensed Home Care Agency, is looking for Registered Home Care Aides and Companion Caregivers (HCA) in the West Los Angeles and SF Valley (west) areas. If you live in West Los Angeles or the SF Valley area, we have work and seek to interview you.

We are hiring now for immediate 4-12 hour shifts. We are typically involved in Home Health settings with clients where Home Care and/or Companion Care is needed.

Requirements include:

1 to 3 Years of experience as a registered Home Care Aide (HCA) license (starts with 750 or 751 and is 10 digits long) caregiver

Two professional references in healthcare or caregiving

Registered Home Care Aide with Certifications or Record of Training

TB Test, Background check and Fingerprinting required

Reliable transportation with proof of automobile insurance

Extra consideration with direct care in:

Dementia and Alzheimer’s care

Parkinson’s care

Surgery Recovery

Hospice and Palliative Care

Caregivers with their own transportation

If you already have your HCA license, we will fast track your application and you can earn a sign on bonus.

$100 Sign-on Bonus Qualifications (Able to Drive Clients):

Active/Registered Home Care Aide License (starts with 750 or 751 and is 10 digits long)

TB Test or Chest Xray clearance

Current CPR certification

Ability to drive clients for errands/appointments- Valid driver’s license, car registration and insurance

Bonus will be paid after completion of 40 hours of work

$75 Sign-on Bonus Qualifications:

Active/Registered Home Care Aide License (starts with 750 or 751 and is 10 digits long)

TB Test or Chest Xray clearance

Current CPR certification

We provide phone interviews only and online/in-person new hire orientation if chosen. We provide PPE for the work.

Proper attire for work is required. No casual clothing will be considered, including footwear and excessive body art. We are not currently hiring for working with COVID-19 clients. We provide sick-time pay, bonus and flexible schedules for caregivers.

Compensation is $15+ hours to start with 1.5 overtime for shifts over 8 hours.
