If you're already registered as a Home Care Aide with the state, THAT'S A PLUS and expedites you getting through the hiring process faster. Right at Home provides non-medical home care in client’s homes. This may include helping them dress, meal preparation, bathing, helping them walk from one area to another, medication reminders, and/or companionship (taking walks together, playing games, gardening). You may drive clients to a doctor’s appointment, do errands for them, and do some light housekeeping.

If you don’t have agency experience BUT have cared for a family member who has been sick or just up there in age, then you’re qualified. If you have experience as a caregiver – that’s even better!

What’s MOST IMPORTANT is that you have a HEART for caring for people and you feel fulfilled doing it.
