    The Office Manager/Accounting Assistant is responsible for maintaining an efficient office environment while contributing to Right at Home’s and Sonmar Management's overall business goals.

    Plays an integral role in helping Right at Home improve the lives of as many people as possible in our community.

    Plays an integral role in making sure Sonmar Management is operating smoothly and providing excellent service to our clients and partners.

    Performs the daily accounting functions for both companies, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales tax, payroll, bonus calculations, state Medicaid billing, and bank reconciliations.

    Answers the phone for Sonmar Management and as a backup for Right at Home.

    The ideal candidate has a prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries and with hotels.

    The desired candidate will possess the following:

    High school graduate or equivalent with two years of accounting experience and/or an associate degree in accounting.

    Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.

    Experience with Sage (Peachtree), QuickBooks, Excel and other Microsoft programs preferred.

    Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
