    In the role of Right of Way Intern, we'll count on you to:

    • Offer real-world experience on exciting projects
    • Perform entry-level technical services for right-of-way projects as directed
    • Provide technical services including and not limited to administrative duties, property research, and ordering title
    • Support the RES Team with document preparation and administrative support as needed
    • Input and track data in spreadsheets and/or a database and prepare client reports
    • Demonstrate attention to detail and organization, strong editorial and verbal skills. Industry experience such as paralegal, title, mortgage or real estate background is beneficial
    • Train in job-appropriate aspects of the right-of-way industry
    • Perform other duties as needed

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
    • Field of study areas of title, real estate, social work, and real property law preferred, but not required.

    Required Qualifications

    • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
    • Attention to detail a must
    • Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
    • Basic Microsoft Office skills
    • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
