    Job Description

    RightEye™ is seeking a skilled and experienced Unity developer to join our engineering team. This position will report directly to our VP of Engineering and be responsible for the development of a Unity plugin to power RightEye’s AI needs.

    The Unity developer will be responsible for designing and developing an eye tracking based plugin for the Unity platform. This will include setting up a CI/CD process to build and deploy the plugin.

    • Design and implement a Unity plugin with supporting documentation and processes to build and deploy the plugin to different AR/VR devices.
    • Productionize machine learning models from the Data Science team into the Unity C# environment.
    • Serve as a key contributor to ensure that developments are built to these standards.
    • Productionize 2D/3D Unity eye tracked demos to be released with the plugin.
    • Ensure that knowledge transfer occurs continuously throughout the project.

    Skill set

    • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Unity C# development in 2D and 3D environments.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience developing for VR and AR systems.
    • Experience with developing native and managed plugins from the ground up for the Unity platform.
    • Experience with C# for script development.
    • Experience with using version control systems.
    • Experience developing CI/CD pipelines for Unity projects to build and deploy plugins to production.
    • Experience with agile software development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, including working with remote and hybrid teams.
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, including the ability to plan, schedule, and successfully carry out projects to successful conclusion.
    • Active listener with strong written and verbal communication skills.
