    Job Description

    We are looking for an HR GENERALIST ON A 1-YEAR CONTRACT IN SPRING, TX! The person in this job will be responsible for managing the data for the US Workforce Reduction Program (WFR). The responsibilities of this role include analyzing data for accuracy and creating reports with business required data to ensure compliance in the implementation of the program. This position partners with various internal and external stakeholders to collect and provide all necessary inputs for successful WFR implementation. This role also collaborates with IT on continuous improvements to the HR systems utilized for the WFR process. This role provides support to employees regarding the WFR program and process.     Location: Onsite - Spring, TX 77389

    Pay Rate: $22.00 / hr

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage data for the USWorkforce ReductionProgram

    • Create reports from various reporting tools and sources with the required data for the implementation of the WFR Program

    • Ensure compliance with the US WFR Program Policies

    • Collaborate with HRGeneralists, Legal an dBenefits teams in collecting all necessary data for the execution of the program

    • Analyze and audit WFR records to ensure data integrity and accuracy

    • Partner with IT on tool enhancement and testing

    • Provide employee support to resolve queries regarding the WFR program

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • First-level university degree or equivalent experience.

    • Typically 1-3 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    • Basic knowledge of processes, systems, and overall HR environment.

    • Good communication skills.

    • Good quantitative and qualitative analysis skills. Proficiency in use of Excel is required and ability to work with data.

    • Good organizational and time management skills.

    • Strong customer orientation.
