Duties and Responsibilities
Maintaining schedules and preparation of status reports.
Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
May be asked to develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention.
Problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Providing recommendations for business process improvements.
Develops project documentation in accordance with project phase (Initiating, Planning, etc.). Assists in documentation and planning of projects throughout the project lifecycle. Gathers and documents business and system requirements
Coordinates project team meetings with project and technical staff and other key stakeholders
Prepares IT project status reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
Maintains project documentation repository
Experience with MS Office Suite
Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives
Track key objectives, metrics and deliverables
Works with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
Assists in managing operational efficiencies, schedule management, project plans, and requirements documentation
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree 2 relevant years
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related technical discipline.
