Job description:
Responsible for leading and guiding a team of Software sales people
Demo Rigil products to customers
Set sales goals & quotas
Build a sales plan
Analyze data
Assign sales training and sales territories,
Mentor the members of his/her sales team
Involve in the hiring and overall performance and management of the team.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors in Marketing and Communications
MBA preferred
