    Duties and responsibilities:

    Develops, manages, coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing and technical performance of a large program that supports the successful implementation of many customer programs and projects, including:

    o An IT program and project management portfolio

    o An IT program and project training service

    o Enterprise Risk Management Office (ERMO) services

    o Surveys, metrics, and reporting

    o Acquisition support

    o Financial management

    o Strategic planning

    o Meeting workshop and facilitation

    o Corporate program/project management administrative support

    Manages resources to meet customer objectives of providing innovative IT services and solutions with speed and quality through comprehensive program/project management concepts and principles.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Technology, Information Systems,Engineering, Math, Science or a related field.

    PMP Certification is required.

    15 years experience in Program Oversight and Contract Management at a senior level.

    10 years experience in managing large customer PMOs with 30 FTEs including 15 PMs supporting complex Federal IT programs and projects.

    Demonstrated executive presence and ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and work well at all levels including: Corporate and Federal executives; Federal managers/staff; and Technical staff/contractors.

    Demonstrated experience and accomplishments in the following: customer PMO improvement/maturity; enterprise risk management for customers; and Center of Excellence (COE) improvement/maturity.

    Specific experience in optimizing existing processes of a non-mature PMO and also driving maturity of a PMO from Standardization of Processes to Value of Process.

    Demonstrated FAA IT knowledge and experience a plus.
