Job description:
Provide contract management support to a client. Coordinate with requirements teams, the contracting officer representative (COR), and contracting staff to assist with the development of contract strategies and contract planning and execution. Support market research, the development of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), contract modifications, and technical instructions. Assist with monitoring and reporting contract performance, including tracking contract obligations, invoices, award fees and incentives, and deliveries.
Minimum qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost and price estimating and evaluating of government contracts.
Duties:• Analyze proposals in response to a SIR• Develop Work Breakdown Structure• Generate Proposal Schedule and present Costing approach to senior management• Make estimates on labor and material costs based on (SIR) requirements• Collect and analyze cost data from functional representatives, subcontractors, and vendors for accuracy and reasonableness• Interface with contract personnel, proposal coordinators, customer representatives, price auditors, vendors, and subcontractors
Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost and price estimating and evaluating of government contracts
• Experience in Government contracts• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation, prefer knowledge of AMS• Proficient with MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project with the ability to created complicated spreadsheets• Must possess strong analytical and mathematical skills• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently• Ability to work in fast paced, high pressure, time constrained environment within all levels of the organization• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to work with confidential and proprietary information using utmost discretion
