    Qualifications:

    Ability to pick up the phone and call potential partners, prospective customers, and internal stakeholders.

    Manages and helps the team stay on top of tasks and does not drop the ball.

    Excellent organization and tracking abilities.

    Develop, coordinate and implement plans designed to increase existing business and capture new opportunities.

    Lead strategic growth strategy and operations planning with top executives, setting objectives and identifying methods to reach those goals.

    Create and maintain strong relationships with clients and teaming partners.

    Make sound business decisions as the industry liaison at events and meetings.

    Oversee opportunities, bid strategies, teaming, and help develop a strategy to win them.

    Minimum qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Management, or another related field

    5-7 years of experience

    Excellent communication and people skills

    Accomplished business developer who understands project management, contracts, and proposal development.

    Familiarity with Federal Agencies and government contracting in order to be conversant in terminology, policies, organizational structure, etc.

    MBA from a reputed school will be given preference
