    PurposeRigil Project Manager manages multiple agile software development project teams through delivery.

    Duties and responsibilities

    Planning and scheduling of project activities related to the production support of several web-based applications.

    Work with, and act as, Scrum Master to ensure development team backlogs are groomed and planned.

    Establish, track, and communicate milestones and delivery dates.

    Responsible for the schedule, coordination and completion of tasks related to systems maintenance, documentation, and system changes.

    Experience developing ROMs, costs estimates, creating project plans, schedules, RTMs.

    Reviews requirements proposes deadlines and responsibilities, and then monitors and summarizes progress of the project.

    Prepares project management documentation, professional reports and presentations for management and the federal customer regarding status of projects.

    Hosts multiple periodic internal and customer-facing status meetings.

    Maintains a risk register using defined template and provides suggested risk mitigation strategies for identified risks.

    Manages project budget, when applicable, to include Estimates to Completion (ETC) and Estimates at Completion (EAC).

    Minimum qualifications and skills

    Bachelors Degree in Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline

    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

    15 years of relevant experience

    Familiarity with government contracts, funding, and task order management; must have strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

    Experience following structured Project Management best practices and policy.

    Experience with key project management tools: MS Projects, Office, SharePoint

    Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
