Fall Internships begin Monday, September 19, 2022 and continue for eight weeks ending on Friday, November 11, 2022.Responsibilities:

The intern will perform general Human Resource tasks and research HR matters as requested

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updates, HRIS updates, and Analysis

Assist with Rigil Compliance/Security Training

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team

Prepare and develop documents in MS Office and presentations with PowerPoint

Handle confidential HR related information

Other special projects as requested

Data entry

Skills needed:

Pursing Bachelors or Masters degree in related discipline or 1 year demonstrated experience in school work, internships, or jobs

Prior experience in human resources is required

General HR knowledge and coursework experience

Familiar with database systems and common HR applications

Solid organization skills and attention to detail

Written and Verbal Communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time wisely
