PurposeRigil Project Scheduler reviews schedule, progress and productivity of installation teams and contractors, monitor and verify monthly costs, schedule performance, conduct change order management and control.
Duties and responsibilities
Develop, manage and monitor program and project schedules and projections.
Develop and track baseline schedules.
Evaluate and adjust data regarding cost status, resource requirements, commitment data and productivity variance reports.
Develop and prepare monthly program and project progress summary reports.
Establish and ensure scheduling and cost control standards are implemented.
Provide accurate and timely reports as needed to management on project planning and execution coordination activities.
Issue schedule updates, critical path, critical path analysis.
Minimum qualifications and skills
Bachelors Degree in Management, Science or Engineering
3-6 years of experience in program and project financial management
5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining detailed resource loaded schedule for implementation, developmental and operational systems
Experience in Microsoft Project
Extensive computer experience (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Working-knowledge of building and civil construction planning
