    PurposeRigil currently has a career opportunity for a full-time, results-driven Human Resources Administrator.

    Duties and responsibilities

    Answer employee questions about Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures and refers to HR Director as needed.

    Coordinates new hire orientation, HR events, benefits open enrollment and company-wide meetings.

    Administers and maintains HR activities and programs; such as staffing, benefits training and safety.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interviewing skills, organization and people skills.

    Knowledge of Employment Law

    Attends Career Fairs and College Fairs

    Sources candidates for open positions as necessary.

    Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules and escorting applicant to interviews.

    Handles reference checks.

    Compiles and prepares data for statistical reporting

    Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

    Minimum qualifications

    1-2 years of demonstrated recruiting experience.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus in Human Resource Management is a must.

    Experience with Federal Government contracting a plus.
